Agreement
By placing an order or using the Specter Supply Co. website ("specter-supply.com"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. These terms apply to all purchases, send-in services, and subscriptions.
Products and services
Specter Supply Co. offers:
- ·De-Googled Phones — new phones with privacy OS installed, or send-in conversion of your existing phone. Available at various service levels.
- ·Privacy Starter Kit — a physical product bundle including a YubiKey, Faraday sleeve, TailsOS USB, USB data blocker, and printed/digital guides.
- ·Custom AI Node — purpose-built hardware with local AI software, configured and deployed for your team. Pricing is scoped per consultation.
- ·OpenClaw Configuration — remote installation, hardening, and configuration of the OpenClaw AI agent on your hardware or hardware we source. Available as Individual ($849) or Enterprise ($3,999), with optional Anonymous Usage add-on ($1,499). Pricing is confirmed during consultation.
- ·Monthly Support — optional ongoing support via Signal and email at $19.99/month (or $14.99/month billed annually), cancellable anytime.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address and applicable state or local laws.
Order fulfillment
- ·Privacy Starter Kit — ships within 7–10 business days of order confirmation.
- ·De-Googled Phone (New) — we reach out within 24 hours to confirm phone model and preferences. Typical fulfillment is 7–14 business days depending on hardware availability.
- ·De-Googled Phone (Send-In) — after checkout, we email shipping instructions. Turnaround is typically 5–10 business days after we receive your device. Return shipping is at cost, quoted before we ship.
- ·Custom AI Node — timeline is scoped during consultation. Up to 30 days depending on hardware availability.
- ·OpenClaw Configuration (Remote) — completed remotely on your existing hardware. Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days after consultation.
- ·OpenClaw Configuration (Hardware Bundle) — if we source hardware, typical fulfillment is 3–5 weeks including sourcing, configuration, and shipping.
Send-in service terms
When you use our send-in service:
- ·You are responsible for shipping your device to us. We recommend insured shipping.
- ·We will install the selected privacy OS and configure the device as agreed.
- ·Installing a new OS will erase all data on the device. Back up your data before sending.
- ·We are not responsible for pre-existing hardware defects or damage that occurs during shipping to us.
- ·Return shipping costs are quoted and confirmed before we ship the device back.
Support
Included support periods:
- ·De-Googled Phone Full Service: 30 days from delivery
- ·Custom AI Node: 3 months from deployment
- ·OpenClaw Configuration Individual: 30 days from completion
- ·OpenClaw Configuration Enterprise: 90 days from completion, with optional ongoing support at $349/month
- ·Optional monthly support ($19.99/month, or $14.99/month billed annually) can be added to any product and cancelled at any time
Support is provided via Signal and email during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET). We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. In select cases, we may approve an exchange at our discretion.
- ·Privacy Starter Kit — all sales final. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds.
- ·De-Googled Phone (New) — no returns or refunds. Exchanges may be considered within 14 days of delivery on a case-by-case basis. Device must be in like-new condition.
- ·De-Googled Phone (Send-In) — non-refundable. Cancellable before work begins.
- ·Custom AI Node — custom-built to spec. No returns or refunds. If it doesn't meet agreed specs, we repair or replace at no charge.
- ·OpenClaw Configuration — service-based. Non-refundable once work has begun. Cancellable before work starts. If the configuration doesn't meet agreed scope, we fix it at no charge. Hardware bundles follow the same policy as Custom AI Nodes.
- ·Monthly Support — cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.

Warranty and liability
Hardware warranty terms are described in detail on our Warranty page.
In summary: new de-googled phones, AI Nodes, and OpenClaw configurations include 1-year Specter-backed hardware warranty coverage. The Privacy Starter Kit includes 7-day dead-on-arrival replacement; components carry their original manufacturer warranties. Send-in phone service includes 90-day coverage on configuration work only.
Extended warranty options are available at time of order. Full terms, exclusions, and claim procedures are at /warranty, which governs in the event of any conflict with this document.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Specter Supply Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Intellectual property
All content on specter-supply.com — including text, design, code, and branding — is owned by Specter Supply Co. The open-source operating systems we install (GrapheneOS, CalyxOS, etc.) are the property of their respective projects and are distributed under their own licenses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
