HARDWARE WARRANTY

Plain terms. No fine print designed to trap you.
We warranty the hardware we build, configure, and sell. Software support is a separate product — if you want hands-on help with GrapheneOS, your AI node, or your OpenClaw, that's what our monthly support plans are for. This page covers hardware only.
1 year from date of shipment against manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.
Google's original Pixel warranty still applies independently — installing GrapheneOS does not void it. We'll help you coordinate a Google RMA if needed.
Covered: screen failure, battery failure beyond normal degradation, charging port failure, speaker/mic failure, camera failure, boot failures not caused by user action.
Not covered: physical damage, liquid damage, cracked screens from drops, batteries below 80% health after 12 months of normal use (wear, not defect), damage from flashing a different OS after receipt.
Extended coverage available: +1 year for $99, +2 years for $179 total. Must be purchased at time of order.
Inbound shipping is customer-paid. Return shipping is on us.
90 days on the configuration work: GrapheneOS install, hardening, profile setup.
No hardware warranty — it's your hardware, we don't own the supply chain on it. If the phone arrives working and leaves working, our responsibility ends there. If something we did during configuration causes a failure within 90 days, we'll re-image or refund the service fee.
7-day dead-on-arrival replacement on the bundle. If anything in the kit arrives damaged or non-functional, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement.
Beyond that, the items in this kit are retail products from their original manufacturers. We don't warranty them ourselves — but they each carry their own manufacturer warranties, and we're happy to point you to the right RMA channel if you need help.
1 year parts + labor on the complete system from date of shipment.
Individual components retain original manufacturer warranties — typically 2–3 years on GPUs, 3 years on motherboards, 3–5 years on SSDs. We coordinate these RMAs for you.
Covered: hardware defects, component failure under normal use, failures in the Ollama / Open WebUI stack we configured.
Not covered: physical damage, liquid damage, overclocking, cryptocurrency mining, damage caused by user-installed hardware changes, software changes outside the stack we configured.
Each major component (GPU, motherboard, PSU, RAM, storage) is limited to one warranty replacement. After that, RMAs go through the original manufacturer directly.
Extended coverage available:
Must be purchased at time of order. Enterprise extended coverage includes both-ways RMA shipping for the extended period.
Inbound shipping is customer-paid on Solo and Business. Enterprise ($15k+) covers both ways.
Same structure as AI Node: 1 year hardware, component pass-through.

Email hello@specter-supply.com with your order number, the serial number of the affected device, and a description of the problem. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
If it's a clear defect, we ship a replacement or repair — we don't require you to ship first. If it's ambiguous, we'll ask you to ship it in for diagnosis and cover return shipping either way.
This is a hardware warranty, not an insurance policy and not an uptime guarantee. If your AI node is mission-critical, talk to us about support plans and redundancy before you buy.
