We ship worldwide. All orders ship from the United States. International shipping timelines and costs vary by destination — details are provided at checkout.
Ships within 7–10 business days. Standard shipping included in the price. Tracking provided via email.
We contact you within 24 hours of your order to confirm phone model, OS, and setup preferences. Typical fulfillment is 7–14 business days depending on hardware availability. Shipping is insured and includes tracking.
After checkout, we email you shipping instructions. You ship your phone to us (we recommend insured shipping). Turnaround is 5–10 business days after we receive it.
Return shipping is at cost — we quote the exact amount before shipping back. You approve the cost before we ship.
Delivery timeline is scoped during your consultation. Up to 30 days depending on hardware availability. Includes shipping and on-site or remote setup assistance.
This is a remote service — no physical shipping. Setup is completed via secure remote session on your existing hardware, typically within 5–10 business days of consultation.
If we source hardware for you, typical fulfillment is 3–5 weeks including hardware sourcing, OpenClaw installation and hardening, and shipping. Tracking provided via email.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. In select cases, we may approve an exchange at our discretion. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — see below.
All Privacy Starter Kit sales are final — no returns, no exchanges, no refunds. If your kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace the affected item.
No returns or refunds. If there is an issue with your device, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we may approve an exchange on a case-by-case basis. The phone must be in like-new condition with all included accessories. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Because this is a service performed on your device, send-in orders are non-refundable. If we haven't started work on your device, you can cancel before work begins. If you're unsatisfied with the result, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
AI Node orders are custom-built to your specifications. No returns or refunds. If the delivered system does not meet the agreed specifications from your consultation, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
OpenClaw Configuration is a service. Non-refundable once work has begun. You may cancel before work starts for a full refund. If the configuration does not meet the agreed scope from your consultation, we fix it at no charge.
Hardware bundles (where we source hardware for you) follow the same return policy as Custom AI Nodes — built to spec, no returns, but we'll make it right if it doesn't meet agreed specifications.
The monthly support subscription ($19.99/month, or $14.99/month billed annually) can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
To request an exchange or report an issue:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace the affected item at no cost to you — including return shipping.
You can cancel an order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. For send-in services, you can cancel before we begin work on your device.
